Lee Seon-Woo, better known in the FGC as Infiltration has said that he’s been banned from EVO and Combo Breaker, following violations of their code of conduct.
This happened to me in the morning, I will announce my statement later.
I'll need some time, but please wait a little more.

In a tweet today, Infiltration posted screenshots of emails from the EVO staff saying he would not be allowed to compete at the tournament this year.
“After conducting a review, we determined that you do not meet our Code of Conduct and we cannot allow you to compete at EVO this year”, the email says.
He was similarly banned from Combo Breaker, specifically citing the decision as being in support of the EVO tournament dropping the professional player.
“In respect to our Code of Conduct, and in support of Evolution Championship Series enforcement of their own, you will not be able to attend Combo Breaker 2022 this year”, the second email reads.
EDIT: Infiltration says he’s also been banned from Twitch, though that probably has more to do with his most recent guffaw, proudly saying racial slurs on stream and defending his right to say them.
1. Banned from CB & EVO
2. Twitch blocked my account without msg or email
3. Ian walker sent me an email to do interview about CB & EVO(and this guy posted about my case in 2018 things in Kotaku then blocked me on Twitter).Everything happened in a day. pic.twitter.com/kDIYG3rbba

Domestic Abuse Allegations
Infiltration says he will issue a statement soon on the matter, which follows him being previously barred from the Capcom Pro Tour after he was convicted for domestic abuse when police were called during an altercation with his soon-to-be-ex-wife.
The incident has since defined Infiltration’s career, as he was shortly also dropped by his sponsor, Panda Global, after they’d conducted their own investigation and published the findings (paywalled).
Despite having been convicted for the crime, Infiltration himself denied any wrongdoing.
In an old interview with IGN Korea, he presented his own version of the events, in which he describes himself as being pressured into accepting the conviction and paints the image of his ex-wife setting him up, though no further action has since been taken.
That being said, other figures in the FGC, such as commentator Ebonic Plague, don’t believe this version of events, having supported the idea of banning the player.
“Convicted Domestic Abuser Infiltration was convicted in a court of law for domestic violence and then doubled down on it and threatened to sue people talking about it. Convicted Domestic Abuser Infiltration should not be allowed to enter your events, let alone be congratulated”, he says in a tweet.
