Comic Fiesta 2024 Welcomes Re:Zero’s Emilia and Subaru

Comic Fiesta, Malaysia’s premier animation, comics, and games convention, has revealed its first guest lineup for the 2024 event. The announcement features two prominent voice actors from the hit anime series Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World.

Rie Takahashi, who brings life to the silver-haired half-elf Emilia, will be making her appearance alongside Yuusuke Kobayashi, the voice behind the series’ protagonist Natsuki Subaru. Both voice actors have been integral to the success of Re:Zero since its debut, with their performances receiving widespread acclaim from both critics and fans alike.

The convention will feature a special stage session with both voice actors. This announcement comes at a particularly meaningful time as the franchise prepares for its third season.  The convention, traditionally held in December, has previously hosted its events at various locations including the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre at KLCC.
