Code Geass: Lost Stories has begun accepting pre-registrations in Japan, available through iOS and Android storefronts, as well as PC via DMM Games. f4samurai had a full presentation on the game as part of their “f4 Fan Fes” event, with the whole livestream available for viewing below:
The pre-registrations campaign reward milestones for Code Geass: Lost Stories go up to 300,000, offering varying amounts of premium currency, Kaname Ohgi as an obtainable Pilot, Knightmare Frame: KMF Police and upgrade materials. Any additional 50,000 user milestone beyond that point will be giving out 250 premium currency. How much 250 currency can draw in the gacha is not specified.
The protagonist character inserted into the Geass universe is half-Japanese, but has been living as a Britannian. The story appears to take place sometime prior to Lelouch kickstarting his rebellion, with the writing overseen by Sunrise.
You can choose a male (Yuuma Uchida) or female (Ayaka Ohashi) avatar to enjoy the fully voiced main story that will progress in the vein of the anime. The sprites will feature live2D as well. The battle portions promise “the power and performance of a full 3D TV anime”, where you’ll be able to train pilots and their Knightmare Frames and execute your strategies in combat. Previews of how this will be implemented can be found in the teaser above, and on their official website.
Code Geass: Lost Stories is currently scheduled to launch Spring 2022 in Japan.
