Clash Royale Update Adds New Arena, Cards and Balances

Clash Royale, a game by Supercell is bringing up an update again this coming January 13th. The developers has prepared us with a sneak peek of what’s new in the Jungle Arena and the new cards that comes along with it. Card balances will also be implied for the longevity and fairness of the game. For the first on the list in the new update, we look at the Jungle Arena.

The Jungle Arena is unlocked at 2600 Trophies with a jungle terrain that looks kinda like ‘Temple Run‘. With a pile of gold on the left side of the stream the Jungle Arena looks cool. When the you get into overtime, the screen flashes with red in the corner and the weather starts to change. Rain would fall and they might distract you when you see it for the first time but it shouldn’t pose any problems in your gameplay.

With the Jungle Arena opened, there will be new card additions as well. There are a total of four new cards which are Gang Goblin, Dart Goblin, Battle Ram and Executioner. The Dart Goblin will be coming to us first on 13th January with its very appropriate look for the new Jungle Arena. However we don’t know which cards would come to us next after the Dart Goblin. Here are two video clips of the new cards and its description.

Good news to players who don’t spend much for gems in the game. There’s an Epic Sunday feature that will be added in to gain Epic cards easily. You can donate Epic cards or Request for them every Sunday. Epic Chests that you have will also drop more cards according to your Arena Level. Even the Epic cards in the shop has dropped its price to 1000 gold instead of the usual 2000 gold! That’s not all! The new update will also bring us balances to certain cards that will be implemented on the 15th December. Elite Barbarians, Tornado, The Balloon, Inferno Dragon, Lumberjack, Bomber, Mortar, Mirror, Giant Skeletons and Wizards will be getting a huge buff! You can read more about the buff specifics here!

We have just recently received the Clone card and having fun cloning, but now we are receiving even more new content and cards to play with our strategy. Supercell is doing it right to keep the game interesting and balancing the game to prolong the competitive and fun features of the game.
