Supercell will soon launch an eSports league for its globally popular real-time PvP mobile card game Clash Royale! The Clash Royale League will consist of multiple leagues worldwide such as Europe, North America, Asia and China. The Asia league will be including 4 teams from Southeast Asia countries (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia) and you may get yourself included!
There will be a total of 12 teams for Clash Royale League in Asia. Each team will be comprised of 4 to 6 players and battle in round robin format with top teams advancing to the playoffs. The top teams from each of the regions will join the final battle – the World Finals hosted in Asia this winter and stand a chance to grab a piece of the 200,000 USD prize pool.
As we mentioned earlier, you may get a chance to join the team (as a professional player) by participating in the “Clash Royale League Challenge”. The in-game event is going live on 14 – 18 March, where you will face-off against millions of players and try to get to 20 wins. Once you get 20 wins, you can access to the next round of the competition and to eligible to be drafted by a Clash Royale League pro team!
