Chocobo GP is Square Enix’s answer to Mario Kart

The latest title in the Chocobo series is a racing game! Join Chocobo and his pals as they use their own unique rides to compete in exciting races!

Once you have learned the basic rules in story mode, you can take on anyone in the game mode of your choice! Blast your rivals with fire, aero, and other familiar spells! Even turn the tables by activating each character’s unique ability! Enjoy a thrilling, white-knuckle racing adventure with players from across the world. There are numerous ways to play, including custom races and full-blown GP tournaments!

Up to 8 players can take part in a race. There is even a 64 player elimination tournament mode. Players can choose characters such as Chocobos, Moogles, White Mages and even specific characters from the various entries in the Final Fantasy series. While racing, players can collect Magicite, pickups that provide grants various abilities, as they race across iconic maps from the franchise.
