Kuala Lumpur is set to become stop stop of an exciting international music journey as the CENTRAL MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT FESTIVAL 2025 prepares to take the stage on 26th April at Zepp Kuala Lumpur. This groundbreaking event marks the festival’s first expansion beyond Japan, bringing a powerhouse lineup of Japanese musical talent to Malaysian fans.

Originating in Yokohama, the CENTRAL Music & Entertainment Festival has transformed from a local event to an international musical phenomenon. After its main event in Yokohama from 4th to 6th April and a stop in Taipei on 19th April, the festival will conclude its tour in Kuala Lumpur, showcasing its mission to spread Japanese music globally.
The festival boasts an impressive lineup of Japanese music icons that promises to deliver an unforgettable night of entertainment. Headlining the event is ATARASHII GAKKO!, the viral sensations known for their explosive Coachella 2024 performance and hit single “Otona Blue”. The group, self-proclaimed “Youth Representatives of Japan,” will bring their unique energy and genre-defying sound to Malaysian fans.

Joining ATARASHII GAKKO! are hip-hop duo Creepy Nuts, whose hit “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born” has accumulated over 700 million streams. Completing the lineup is Tatsuya Kitani, a renowned artist famous for his anime theme songs, including the beloved “Where Our Blue Is” from Jujutsu Kaisen. Kitani’s soulful voice and emotive performances have earned him a dedicated global following.
