Catalyst Black now available for early access sign-ups

Players will be able to start playing Catalyst Black in early access starting today, 13 August! Simply sign up on Discord and claim Founder status to get the chance to be one of the first to try out the game. Dubbed the Secret Service Program, the game will be playable for iOS devices via TestFlight. Players will be selected at random daily to be given access to test and shape the game. Catalyst Black is a new team based, drop-in drop-out, large-scale battleground shooter built on Super Evil Megacorp’s proprietary console grade E.V.I.L.™ game engine. The battleground shooter is given more expansion for an accessible yet deep system to explore and master. Access thousands of combinations of gear, weapons and abilities to collect, upgrade and customize to best suit your playstyle and create the perfect loadout.

10+ members per team will dive into game modes that mix team combat with strategic objectives such as capturing the enemy flag or taking down specific neutral monsters. Besides your weapons and human abilities, equipping a mask will temporarily transform you into a powerful primal god.

Play for ten minutes or ten hours; drop in and out anytime to play games with friends just by tapping their name. Super Evil Megacorp has taken lessons from the feedback from Vainglory to develop Catalyst Black, with their vision for the future of tactical battleground shooters to once again push mobile gaming into a new frontier. Built to be “cloud first” and cross-platform ready with controller and mouse and keyboard support and broad competitive parity from the get go which will let players play together independent of platform, but will release across mobile platforms first.
