Capcom has announced its full product lineup for the upcoming gamescom asia 2024, offering attendees a chance to experience some of the company’s most anticipated titles. The event will feature playable demos, remastered classics, and a major esports tournament.
Headlining the lineup is Monster Hunter Wilds, making its Southeast Asian public debut with playable demo stations. The game is set for release in 2025 on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam.
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster will also be available to play, showcasing the enhanced version of the 2006 zombie-hunting classic. Remastered using Capcom’s RE ENGINE, it will launch digitally on September 19, 2024, with a physical PS5 version following on November 8, 2024.
Fighting game enthusiasts can look forward to hands-on experience with MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics. Furthermore, this compilation features seven classic Marvel and Capcom collaboration titles, including X-MEN CHILDREN OF THE ATOM and MARVEL vs. CAPCOM 2 New Age of Heroes.
In addition, the collection will be available digitally on September 12, 2024, with physical versions releasing on November 22, 2024. Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess rounds out the playable lineup, offering visitors a chance to experience its unique Kagura Action Strategy gameplay.
Furthermore, Street Fighter 6 fans can try out the game’s latest addition, guest character Terry Bogard from SNK’s Fatal Fury series. Terry will be available for purchase with Fighter Coins or through the Year 2 Character Pass or Year 2 Ultimate Pass.
Additionally, Capcom will host the CAPCOM Pro Tour 2024 SUPER PREMIER SINGAPORE at their show floor. This Street Fighter 6 tournament will see players competing for spots in CAPCOM CUP 11 in Japan, where the champion stands to win a grand prize of $1 million USD.
