Call Of Duty Modern Warfare II Midseason Update Drops In Next Week With Tons Of New Content

The upcoming Season 03 Reloaded update for Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare II will be arriving on May 11th 2023 alongside new additional content.

Much like the previous update, the new update will feature the new Alboran Hatchery Core Multiplayer map, new weapons, Raid Episode 03, a new DMZ experience, the release of Warzone 2.0 Ranked Play and many more.

New weapons that will be releasing during this update will include two secondary weapons as well as a sharp projectile that can be obtained by completing challenges or via the Store Bundle.

FTAC Siege Handgun – Fully customizable Machine Pistol which can be unlocked by either getting 50 Sidearm Hipfire Operator Kills using Handguns, or via Store Bundle.

GS Magna Handgun – Good close range Sidearm, that can be unlocked by getting 30 Headshot Operator Kills using the .50 GS or via Store Bundle.

Throwing Star (Lethal) – The throwing star makes a return from season 02 and lets players unlock it by getting 50 kills using a Throwing Knife.

Players can also earn new Weapon Camos for every weapon category in the game by completing challenges. On top of that, with the new update, Kevin Durant will also be joining the game as a new Operator and can be obtained through a special, limited time Store Bundle. The Bundle will include two weapon blueprints, a finishing Move, a Weapon Charm, a Loading Screen and Animated Emblems.

Additional content for Modern Warfare II also includes a new Special Ops Mission which will have players defend against increasingly challenging waves of enemies in Al Mazrah’s Hafid Port as well as Giant Infection that lets players experience Infected on a much larger scale.

For Warzone 2.0, the midseason update will add new features such as Perk Packages plus the Deployable Buy Station and Gulag Entry Kit, a new DMZ Experience which lets you enter the Koschei Complex and earn valuable rewards, Warzone Ranked Play (BETA) that features competitive settings, progressive ranking system and seasonal rewards.
