Klab and Sunrise have announced that Bushiroad will be taking over publishing for Love Live School Idol Festival All Stars ( SIFAS ), taking over from previous publisher Klab Co.
In a message posted to the Love Live website, they didn’t mention exactly why the handoff was happening, or what it would mean for players. However they did mention that Bushiroad would also be handling the global publishing for Love Live SIFAS,.
They mentioned that while SIFAS would be handled by Bushiroad, the original Love Live School Idol Festival would stay with Klab.
Bushiroad is best known for publishing titles like BanG Dream, Revue Starlight and Assault Lily: Last Bullet.
Similarly, development for the game would also be handled by MyNet Games going forward. MyNet has previously developed Age of Ishtaria and Legend of the Cryptids.
As with the Bushiroad announcement, they haven’t mentioned if the change in developers would mean any kind of change to the popular gacha game or its content strategy going forward.
