We reported about the upcoming mobile game from Supercell, Brawl Stars just by yesterday, and now the game is available on iOS platform. However, only Canadian App Store is having it, so other regions and Android users will need to wait a little more.
If you don’t know about the game yet and expects it to be related to their previous hits (Clash of Clans and Clash Royale), I will tell you NO, it doesn’t have any relation with COC and CR. Brawl Stars is totally a different genre, a shooter game that you will be battle 3 vs 3 in real-time. There are plenty of characters (aka Brawlers) to choose from, each with a signature attack and a SUPER ability. All of them are upgradable and customizable.
There are 4 game modes (for now):
- Bounty – Collect stars for your team by eliminating opponents, but be careful not to let them pick you off. The team with the most stars at the end of the match wins!
- Smash & Grab – Collect Crystals from the center of the map, while fighting the opposing team. The first team to collect 10 crystals and hold onto them wins.
- Heist – Crack the safe protected by the opposing team, or defend your valuables from would-be safecrackers. You have a couple of minutes to determine who leaves with the loot!
- Showdown – The rowdiest rumble! 10 players are dropped into a slowly shrinking arena. Can you be the last Brawler standing?
Judging from the past experience of Supercell games, we will probably have to wait a few months more to get the game on global iOS stores. Android platforms are rumored to have a soft-launch soon, but nothing is confirmed yet. Stay calm and wait for the official announcement!
