Square Enix has announced the availability of the Bravely Default 2 demo which players can download starting today for free on the Nintendo Switch platform.
Stylized as BRAVELY DEFAULT II, the game is the follow up to the original BRAVELY DEFAULT game for the Nintendo 3DS. The 3DS game itself did have a direct sequel to itself, in BRAVELY SECOND: END LAYER. As with the first game, BRAVELY DEFAULT II will see a new set of four Heroes of Light to embark on their grand and glorious mission, guided by the elemental Crystals.
II utilizes the same battle system as its predecessors, with players needing to strategize on when to go all out (Brave) or when to hold back for an opportune moment to strike (Default). With beautiful locations to explore and new jobs to acquire and combine together, BRAVELY DEFAULT II joins the Nintendo Switch’s massive library of epic RPGs. BRAVELY DEFAULT II/2 is set for a release on the Switch later in the year, so get the free demo while you wait!
In addition, a questionnaire about the demo will be sent out on 30 March. This is to gather player feedback on the demo, so interested players can keep an eye out for it.
