Boss Rush additions in Mega Man X DiVE!

Part of the updates coming to Mega Man X DiVE is are the additions to the boss rush mode, with Magma Dragoon and Shurikein. There will also be new levels in the Jakob Orbital Level, a new DiVE Trigger, results of the “Make Your Choice! Popularity Battle” are released and increase of player account levels. Let’s DiVE right in.

After the 22 September UTC +8 maintenance, a player’s account level will be raised to 110. New stages, including Chapter 11 “Oil Field”, Chapter 9 “Cyberspace” Hard Mode and Chapter 9 “Sky” for co-op as well as floors 56 to 60 in the Jakob Orbital Elevator.

For the Boss Rush Challenge mode of Mega Man X DiVE, two new bosses, Magma Dragoon of Mega Man X4 and Shurikein of Mega Man X3 will be available to challenge. This means new chips will also be added! Magma Dragoon Chips can be slotted into cannon-type weapons to shoot a fireball and burns enemies for damage over time.

If you find it difficult to clear stages, then a new DiVE Trigger, “Perfect Protection Program”, will be available to use. It removes all negative debuffs and provides a protection barrier when triggered.

Last but not least, it’s been six months since the launch of the game. Ultimate Armor X won the “Make Your Choice! Popularity Battle”, and thus, players can find him at an increased chance in the “Limited Capsule for Post-Launch (Half Year) Party”. The Midnight Summer Party is still on-going, with the “Beat the Troublemaker” event added to the game. Get “Weapon Memory Supply Box III” and “High-level Armor Parts” among other rewards by reaching score milestones during the Boss Rush event.
