Borderlands 3 Psycho Krieg DLC Now Available

Giddy up, Vault Hunters, because the latest Borderlands 3 DLC is here. Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck is now available for download. You can also read our thoughts on the DLC.

The DLC has you exploring the mind of Borderlands 2 character, Krieg the Psycho. Despite it being called the Krieg DLC, it bears reminding that he is not playable in this game.

Despite the DLC taking place in the mind of Krieg, loot obtained in his psyche can be brought into the “real” world. It’s also host to several new cosmetic items, as well as plenty of new side missions.

Additionally, owners of Borderlands 3 will receive a free level cap increase, even if they didn’t purchase the DLC. According to Gearbox, this is the last planned level cap increase.

Gearbox also says there will be Borderlands content at the upcoming Gearbox PAX Digital Showcase. With the anniversary of Borderlands 3 coming up, they said they would discuss “a look back at where the game’s been but also a look ahead to where it’s going next”. The livestream will take place Saturday, September 12th at 12.45 PT (Sunday, 3.45am for Malaysian viewers)

Psycho Krieg And The Fantastic Fustercluck is the fourth DLC for Borderlands 3, and can be purchased either separately or via the game’s Season Pass. A copy of Borderlands 3 is required to run it.
