Bookbound Brigade release date announced – 30 January 2020

Bookbound Brigade has finally announced its release date! Intragames, in cooperation with Digital Tales will be releasing the action platform game for Playstation 4, Nintendo Switch and Steam on 30 January 2020. The game will also be available localized in Asian languages. We’d given it a shot at G-STAR too!

Enter this Metroidvania game and see characters from literature and history joining forces as a dream team to save the literary world that is being threatened! Their journey is done in these cute visuals that will surely capture the hearts of players. The 8 brigade members are probably figures quite familiar to you. See King Arthur from the Knights of the Round Table, Draula the Vampire, the righteous outlaw Robin Hood, Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz and Sun Wukong from the Journey to the West.

They’ll be moving and fighting in formation, which you can arrange accordingly to your needs. Check skill sets and stats that can affect your brigade’s behaviour. Move through five thematic worlds! All the while you will get new skills when fighting monsters, and solving puzzles. New skills open up new areas for even more challenges.
