Japanese studio BAEL announced that they are making a 3D mobile game for Blue Lock titled Blue Lock : Blaze Battle. Available for both iOS and Android devices, the game is set to release sometime in 2023; however the exact release date has yet to be announced.
In the brief 15 second trailer teaser, we can see that Blue Lock Blaze Battle will have 3D graphic and character models, much like the Captain Tsubasa games. Additionally, the game will also feature characters from the anime such as Isagi Yoichi, Nagi Seishiro, and much more.
From the game’s official website, we can also see that the Voice Actors from the anime will be reprising their respective roles in Blaze Battle. The official website also shows off some official illustrations of the Team Z members:
To those who are unfamiliar, Blue Lock tells the story of Japan’s attempt at finding a star striker for the national football team. To find the best participant, 300 football players must compete against others through a series of solo and team competitions to rise to the top.
Aside from the mobile game, Blue Lock will also be getting a second season along with a spin-off movie titled Blue Lock Episode Nagi, which tells a new story from the perspective of Nagi Seishiro.
