The first time we’d heard of the Diablo 2 remastered news was May 2020, known as Diablo 2: Resurrected, allegedly releasing late 2020. Well, obviously that didn’t come to pass, but the name is indeed correct, as Diablo 2: Resurrected will be launching sometime 2021. The teaser trailer has also been posted via the official Diablo Twitter:

The long and short of it, the game will feature:
- Remastered Visuals & Audio
- PC & Console w/ Cross-Progression
- Same Classic Gameplay
The game will also be made available on the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S. The cross-progression is especially sweet, which we’ll wait for more details on.
