In a perhaps strange turn of events, Blade x Lord is currently available in Canada, presumably as part of a soft launch. Reddit user forophor shared the news, so it could be a good time to check it out. There’s no official update on the game’s website just yet, so perhaps a full launch will still be some time away. The servers are open though, so if you’re up for some Blade x Lord action, then get it off the Canada Google Play Store. iOS players seem out of luck, for now.
Here’s the story, to get you interested:
Eons in the past, the Gods of the Sword who created the world fell to the earth with their raging conflict.
Time passed, and the future of this battle between the gods was given to a lone youth.
The battle raged on with deformed monsters known as Grimloks and the Knights who stood in their path in place of the once warring Gods.
Year 152 by Kingdom reckoning. The four orders under the Laguin Kingdom, succeed in defeating the Grimlok, Zylarg, a menace to the kingdom.
The young Alabaster Dragon Knight, Ryde Belford, delivered the final blow. The efforts of Ryde and the Alabaster Dragon Knights should have prevented chaos from befalling the lands.
However, this was only the beginning of everything. What awaited the Alabaster Dragon Knights upon their return to Laguin Kingdom was the unfamiliar stigma of “traitor”. They had been dishonored and betrayed by those they saw as their allies, the Obsidian Lion Knights.
When the God of the Sword returns, the young man will surpass his own fate.
