Following Pearl Abyss’s media showcase in Seoul, the much-anticipated MMORPG Black Desert Mobile has now officially started the pre-registration activity today. However, the pre-registration is only available for those who stay in Korea as it requires a Korean phone number (or Korea Google Play account) to do so.
Black Desert Mobile is the mobile remake of one of the most popular PC MMORPG – Black Desert Online with some exclusive content designed especially for the mobile game. The mobile game’s story will be set 50 years before the PC version’s event, and it will be not a pay-to-win game as the developer emphasized during an interview last August.
There will be 5 characters (classes) and 7 battle modes available on launch, you can expect various life contents such as fishing and resources gathering across the 3 territories – Balenos, Serendia, and Calpheon too.
Also, today’s media showcase confirmed the launch date for Black Desert Mobile to be in next January (2018) for Korea. A closed beta test will launch in a short time as well. While for the global fans, there is a plan to release the game globally after the Korea launch so be patient and wait for the good news!
