The Grey Wardens are incredibly likely to make a return in the upcoming installment of the Dragon Age franchise based on new concept art.

Christian Dailey, who is leading the development of the new Dragon Age game, tagged longtime art director of the Dragon Age series, Matthew Goldman, in the above tweet.
While it remains uncertain how large of a presence the Grey Wardens will have in Dragon Age 4, fans can definitely expect them to play a pivotal role. BioWare previously confirmed that the fourth Dragon Age game will feature Tevinter as one of the in-game locations. Considering that the Grey Wardens’ headquarters, Weisshaupt Fortress, is not too far away, it will be interesting to see how BioWare will implement the wardens into the game.
According to the Dragon Age wiki:
The Grey Wardens are an Order of warriors of exceptional ability dedicated to fighting darkspawn throughout Thedas. They are headquartered in the very place of their founding, Weisshaupt Fortress in the Anderfels, but maintain a presence in most other nations as well.
Note that Dragon Age 4 is not the official title of the game. A release date and official title has yet to be revealed. Fans can expect to play the game on PC and next-gen consoles.
