The latest update for Guilty Gear Strive features a cameo by former American President Bill Clinton, sneaking a blurry photo of the President in the background.

The latest update adds a Digital Figure mode, which allows you to essentially view any of the game’s models, including the new White House-themed stage with a free camera.

Panning around the Oval Office with the game’s camera will reveal that former President Bill Clinton has been put in Guilty Gear Strive, albeit as a painting with many of his features removed.

He’s not the only President to appear in the room, however- in the same room you can also see what appears to be a portrait of Richard Nixon as well.

While Nixon’s inclusion will remain a mystery, Bill Clinton’s is likely due to the President’s ties to the Guilty Gear franchise– during the moral outrage over violence in videogames, Clinton held aloft a magazine ad for Guilty Gear, the footage of which resurfaced several months back as he decried the “Kill your friends guilt-free” messaging of the ad.

Guilty Gear takes place hundreds of years into the future, where the White House is now a floating airship featuring former presidents acting as pillars for the entrance.
