Drones filled the sky as Bilibili programmed them to form a massive QR code, letting players download Princess Connect! Re: Dive. The drones numbered 1,500 in total as they lit up the night sky over The Bund, Shanghai.

The drones depicted a Princess Connect! in-game RPG battle and also displayed elaborate images of Pecorine, Kyaru and Kokkoro.
According to video games industry analyst Daniel Ahmad, this is not the first time that Bilibili used a huge QR code to promote the game. In fact, the company placed a gigantic QR code on the side of its building to commemorate the game’s launch.
