Be a hero! Marvel’s Avengers release date set for 15 May 2020

BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Asia has announced Marvel’s Avengers release date for 15 May 2020. Players on the Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC (digital) will be able to simultaneously immerse themselves in this epic action-adventure game. Experience the cinematic storytelling in either solo or co-op play!

Live your Super Hero dreams! Developed by Crystal Dynamics, in collaboration with Eidos-Montréal, Crystal Northwest, and Nixxes Software, immerse yourself in the outstanding storytelling and expansive universe of this definitive Avengers gaming experience. The Avengers must rebuild and reassemble in this original, cinematic single-player campaign. You’ll be able to customize the heroes too! Battle solo or with friends online in new missions!

On A-Day, Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, Black Widow and Thor unveil their hi-tech Avengers Headquarters in San Francisco. Alongside the celebration is the reveal of their helicarrier, running on an experimental energy source. It goes downhill when a catastrophic accident causes massive destruction, and the Avengers are blamed. They disband, and five years later, they must return to defend a world in peril, a world where Super Heroes are outlawed.

Crystal Dynamics’ expertise in high-octane action will be complementing the Marvel’s Avengers cinematic story. The game will take players on an epic journey spanning years, across regular content updates. All new content will be delivered to all players who own the core game, without any loot boxes or pay-to-win mechanics.
