A collaboration between Bandai and Shueisha has led to the reveal of the Jujutsuchi which are Jujutsu Kaisen Tamagotchi.
These Tamagotchi, which are virtual pet toys feature four of the main cast of the popular manga and anime series. They are Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki and Satoru Gojo.

Also announced together with these virtual pet toys is the Jujutsu Kaisen Hugmy Tamagotchi set, cute plush toys which are designed to give the Jujutsuchi a comfortable hug and display place. The set also comes in the shapes of the four main characters.
Like all Tamagotchi, Jujutsuchi need to be raised and taken care of. Users will need to feed them onigiri and train them to get stronger. There are also three mini-games available in the device. Other characters from the series such as Maki Zenin, Toge Inumaki and Panda will also make appearances.
The Jujutsuchi are currently available for pre-order and are expected to ship on December 24, 2021. Each Jujutsuchi is priced at 2,530 yen each (around 23.10 USD). The Hugmy Tamagotchi set costs 4,400 yen (around 40.15 USD).
