Bandai Namco revealed the trailer for Tales of Arise during Tales of Festival 2020 which happened over the weekend. Despite the “2020” in the name, the event took place this year due to the pandemic. Tales of Festival 2021 will take place on 20th and 21st November later this year.
First announced in June 2019 during E3, Tales of Arise did not get many updates until now. The game is the seventeenth mainline title in the franchise. Tales of Arise was supposed to release in 2020, celebrating the Tales of franchise’s 25th anniversary. However, the Covid-19 situation delayed the game’s planned release to this year.
Tales of Arise features two protagonists from two different worlds who journey together. They are Alphen, a man from the medieval world of Dahna and Shionne, a woman from the advanced world of Rena. For more details on the game, check out our previous article on the game.
Tales of Arise will release on PS4, Xbox One and Windows. Currently, the game is available for pre-order. You can check the game out and pre-order it on Bandai Namco’s website.
