Back in the first week of March 2018, Bandai Namco had launched a teaser site for their new and upcoming Dragon Ball app. There was a countdown timer which counts down to the 22nd of March 2018. However just a couple hours ago, Bandai Namco Entertainment made the announcement of their new Dragon Ball game during the Google Developer Day at GDC 2018 Livestream. There, they revealed the official title and a short gameplay preview as well!
Dragon Ball Legends being their all new title for mobile, offers players real-time PvP 3D battles with characters from the Dragon Ball universe. The battles are pretty much automated while players will determine their character’s moves with cards as seen in the video. The AI fights intuitively but players will need to activate special skills which will que a cool battle cut scene. Players can also tap consecutively to activate a combo.
Though their website is still counting down, they have already revealed the official logo of the game. Seeing as they have already revealed the gameplay as well, they might release an official trailer and official launch announcement soon. You can also check out the official page for more info too.
UPDATE
*You can also pre-register now on their site which will also reward players with Goku, Frieza (First Form) and thousands of Chrono Crystals (in-game premium currency)! Be part of it now!
