Each edition offers increasing levels of bonus content. The Standard Edition includes the base game with early purchase bonuses that add missions to recruit Cybaster, VangNex, and GranVang. The Digital Deluxe Edition adds two downloadable content packs featuring additional playable units, missions, and assist crew members. The Digital Ultimate Edition further enhances the package with a Premium Sound & Data Pack containing 31 anime theme songs, 15 original background music tracks, and 55 pages of reference documents.
For collectors, the premium-priced Collector’s Edition includes physical items such as an original soundtrack with 76 tracks, an acrylic stand set, and a Robot Spirits figure of the Lunedrache mech, along with all digital bonuses from other editions.
Super Robot Wars Y continues the series’ tradition of bringing together mecha franchises from across anime history. The game will feature 21 different series, including popular Gundam entries like Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam and the recent Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury, alongside classics such as Combattler V and newer series like SSSS.DYNAZENON and Godzilla Singular Point.
