Baldo: The Guardian Owls hits Apple Arcade and consoles in August

Baldo: The Guardian Owls is slated for release on 27 August on Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PC via Steam as well as Apple Arcade. Its earliest announcement trailer was released back in 18 June 2019 when it was simply known as Baldo, which you can watch below:

Baldo The Guardian Owls is developed by Naps Team, and there’s no mistaking the inspirations behind this game: it’s as though the Zelda franchise and the works of Studio Ghibli have come together to make this charming game – pretty much even spelled out as such in this Red Bull interview! At time of writing, no price has been listed on the Steam page.

The game’s story is given as follows:

Journey through a magical land teeming with mysteries to unravel.
