Babylon’s Fall Release Date Announced

Babylon’s Fall, the newest title by action game specialists Platinum Games and Square Enix now has a release date, announced at today’s The Game Awards 2021 show.

In the new trailer, we got more of a look at the game’s gameplay, before they announced that Babylon’s Fall would release on March 3rd, 2022.

The new trailer shows more of what fans might be looking for in Babylon’s Fall, with its very NieR Automata-inspired combat as you dodge and weave through waves of bullet hell projectiles.

We also got a look at more of the skills you’ll be able to use, such as a giant shield for those who don’t want to play third-person touhou against the various bosses.

You also get a taste for the game’s gear customization, following Diablo-esque rules of more elaborate gear as you climb up the ranks and get more powerful.

We also get more of a look at the ranged gameplay in Babylon’s Fall, with one of the characters using a massive bow for picking off enemies from afar instead of getting in their face.

Finally, we were also treated to even more bosses in the game, including more giant armored baddies as well as a giant dragon.
