Azur Lane, the popular Kancolle game on mobile by Yostar, is now up for Open Beta! The English version of the game that was announced back in June 2018 had launched their pre-registrations and Closed Beta in July 2018. With the launch for Open Beta now, players can now download them and try it out first on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
If you don’t know about Azur Lane, it features anthropomorphic characters of World War II warships, mainly from the fleets of the United States Navy, Royal Navy of the United Kingdom, Imperial Japanese Navy and Nazi Kriegsmarine. Players will collect these characters and battle against enemy fleets or the Sirens (aliens), who will later present themselves in the plot of the game.
Players will organize 2 fleets, one in the front row and one in the back row. There are fleet classes with each their strengths and weaknesses namely Destroyers, Light Cruisers, Heavy Cruisers, Battleships, Battlecruisers and Aircraft Carriers. By combining different types of ships, players will be able to create their “dream” team and conquer the battlefield with their unique skill combos.
Currently, there are over 300 ships to be collected in the game. There’s also a milestone event going on where if their official Facebook page and Twitter page hits the milestone mark, players will receive extra rewards! So if you want them rewards, you could help out the community with those follows and likes!
