ASUS Vivobook 13 Slate OLED now available in Malaysia

ASUS is offering the Vivobook 13 Slate OLED experience to users in Malaysia, giving everyone the chance to own the world’s first 2-in-1, 13.3-inch Windows 11 detachable laptop. With OLED touchscreen, quad-core Intel processor, full-size detachable keyboard, cover stand with 170 degree hinge and ASUS Pen 2.0 stylus, do it all in landscape or portrait mode, with or without keyboard, at any angle you like.

The 13.3-inch OLED Dolby Vision touchscreen is capable of displaying 1.07 billion colours in a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. It’s PANTONE Validated with cinema-grade 100% DCI-P3 gamut for accurate, vivid colors, DisplayHDR True Black 500 for deep blacks and brilliant highlights, and the 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio assures every detail will pop. Not only does it provide immersive viewing, the display also has a fast 0.2-millisecond response time, up to 70% lower blue-light levels and TÜV Rheinland-certified eye care.

All the display goodness is further complemented with the powerful quad-speaker Dolby Atmos sound system with smart amplifier for distortion-free volume, up to 3.5 times louder than a standard amp. Your streaming will be uninterrupted too, thanks to ultrafast WiFi 6 enhanced by ASUS WiFi Master technology for stable and reliable connectivity. Getting the Vivobook 13 Slate OLED also gets you free one-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. 

If you need to note down any ideas, simply pop the ASUS Pen 2.0 out of its magnetic holder and let the virtual ink flow. It’s Microsoft Pen Protocol 2.0-compliant, has 4096-level pressure sensitivity, 5-350 gram pen-tip force, 266 Hz sampling rate with four interchangeable pen tips with different textures mimicking 2H, H, HB and HB pencils. Through Bluetooth pairing, the shortcut button can be used for one-click functions. Use it with all the Adobe creative apps with the free one-month Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. Once you’re done, charge it with any USB-C charger!

As it stands, the Vivobook 13 Slate OLED is fully geared towards portable productivity. Clip on the full-size detachable keyboard, featuring 19.05mm spaced keys, 1.4mm key travel, dished key caps for fingertip comfort, mega-sized touchpad for maximum responsiveness and accuracy, specially coated for that silky-smooth feel.

Powered by the quad-core 3.3 GHz Intel processor, up to 256 GB PCIe Gen 3.0 x4 SSD and up to 8GB of fast LPDDR4X RAM, the Intel Bridge technology also lets you run your Android apps aside from your regular work programs. The two USB-C ports, audio jack and microSD card reader is available for additional options. Quick access is possible thanks to the fingerprint sensor on the power button.

That’s not all. The 5MP front camera’s there for your video calls, and the 13MP rear camera is for your photos and videos. AI Noise-Cancelling Audio ensures you’ll be heard loud and clear.
