Within the latest trailer of Assassin’s Creed Mirage, the launch date for the game has been revealed and sees it coming out on October 12th 2023.
The trailer also featured main character Basim traversing the many parts of ninth-century Baghdad at the peak of its Golden Age.
Judging from the density and verticality shown in the trailer, we can safely assume that the game will provide plenty of opportunity for players to approach objectives and hunt down targets. Not only that, we also were given a glimpse of a brand new ability called the Assassin’s Focus which allows Basim to mark and perform assassinations on several enemies in a row.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage will also launch worldwide with full Arabic localization that includes text and voice. This means that Basim will be voiced by two actors, Lee Madjoub for the VO and Eyad Nassar for the Arabic version.
Furthermore, Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be available for pre-order on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Amazon Luna, as well as on Windows PC through the Epic Games Store and the Ubisoft Store starting today. Those who pre-order the game will receive an exclusive bonus quest at launch titled, “The Forty Thieves” which has players uncovering the mysteries of Ali Baba’s legendary cave.
