The Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur has been chosen as the venue for the Asia Pacific (APAC) Predator League 2025 Grand Finals, scheduled for January 11-12, 2025. Organized by Acer, this prestigious esports event will bring together top teams from 14 APAC regions to compete in Dota 2 and VALORANT for a share of the USD400,000 prize pool.
The tournament aims to offer more than just competitive gaming. Acer is planning a festival-like atmosphere with interactive gaming booths and international celebrity performances, promising an engaging experience for attendees.
Ticket sales for the event will commence on October 1, 2024, at 12 noon MYT. Three tiers of tickets will be available:
- Legendary Tickets: Offering VIP-style seating with complimentary snacks and drinks.
- Premium Tickets: Priced at RM599, limited to 100, offering reserved seating and exclusive merchandise.
- Pro Tickets: Priced at RM299, providing a good view and Predator merchandise.
- Elite Tickets: The most accessible option at RM199.
Early bird discounts of up to RM200 will be available until October 31, 2024. The road to the grand finals began with local qualifiers starting on September 14, 2024. Malaysian qualifiers will conclude with offline playoffs for both Dota 2 and VALORANT in November, determining the country’s representatives for the regional tournament.
