Ark Royal META set to replace Hiryuu META in Azur Lane

A darker, alternate version of British aircraft carrier Ark Royal will appear in Ashes Showdown in Azur Lane as Ark Royal META. Check out her design.

As the last day to get Hiryuu META is 18th March 2021, players only have a few more days to get the Japanese carrier before Ark Royal META arrives. Recruiting a META character requires players to take on Operation Siren. Players can get Ashes Coordinates from the mode which gives players the opportunity to battle the META ship and eventually recruit them.

The original version of Ark Royal is notorious for her love of destroyer-class ships. For those who are wondering, the META version of Ark Royal retains this unhealthy obsession with Azur Lane‘s destroyers. However, her personality is a lot colder and aloof overall.

In terms of design, her steampunk-inspired rifle sports a more mechanical appearance. She also wields a sabre, a weapon that does not appear in her original design.

Besides that, the game is also getting a rerun for the Ashen Simulacrum event. Baltimore, Alabama and other Eagle Union ships will be obtainable, so players should grab them before the rerun ends.
