Apple has just announced its latest lineup of iPads, introducing the new iPad Air with the M3 chip and an updated standard iPad, bringing powerful new features and improved performance to its tablet lineup. The new iPad Air comes in two sizes – 11-inch and 13-inch – and is available in four colors: blue, purple, starlight, and space gray. Powered by the M3 chip, this device represents a significant leap in performance and capabilities.

The M3 chip brings remarkable improvements to the iPad Air, delivering advanced graphics capabilities that enable more realistic gaming experiences and accelerated content creation. Apple has integrated its new Apple Intelligence system into the device, introducing a range of intelligent features that transform how users interact with their tablets. These innovations include Clean Up, which easily removes distracting elements from photos, Image Wand for transforming rough sketches into refined images, and Image Playground for exploring new visual creative tools.
Alongside the iPad Air, Apple has unveiled a redesigned Magic Keyboard featuring an expanded trackpad and a new 14-key function row. The keyboard is available in white and provides additional functionality for users. Pricing for the iPad Air starts at RM2,799 for the 11-inch model and RM3,699 for the 13-inch model, with the Magic Keyboard priced at RM1,299 and RM1,399 respectively.

Apple has also updated its standard iPad, equipping it with the A16 chip and doubling the starting storage. This model offers nearly 30% faster performance while maintaining all-day battery life, with a starting price of RM1,599. Both new models will run iPadOS 18, introducing innovative features like Math Notes for instant mathematical expression solving and Smart Script for advanced handwriting editing.
