Celestial Guardians introduces Pokémon from the Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon video games, including the Alola region’s beloved starter trio: Rowlet, Litten, and Popplio. Celestial Guardians marks the sixth expansion for Pokémon TCG Pocket and the third major release, following Genetic Apex and Space-Time Smackdown. The game has also seen three smaller expansions: Mythical Island, Triumphant Light, and most recently, Shining Revelry. As of now, none of these expansions have been retired from the game, though Genetic Apex – the inaugural expansion – could potentially be the first to cycle out in the future.

The Pokémon Company has maintained a steady content release schedule with approximately one new expansion per month since the game’s launch, alongside regular solo and competitive events to keep players engaged. Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket is currently available as a free download on iOS through the App Store and Android via Google Play.
