Alodia Gosiengfiao, co-founder of esports talent agency Tier One Entertainment has announced that she will be leaving the company.
In a statement on LinkedIn today, she attributed her departure to creative differences.
“It is with a heavy heart that I bid Tier One Entertainment farewell. The journey we shared in building the company has been both challenging and rewarding. However, it has become evident that our visions and values are not aligned”, she said. “I am grateful for the experiences, relationships, and accomplishments we’ve achieved together”.

The Tier One Entertainment Twitter account also put out its own message, thanking Alodia for her contributions to the company.
“You are an unwavering beacon of excellence, and continue to be an inspiration to cosplayers, content creators, and our industry as a whole”, the tweet reads.
The tweet also goes on to wish her the best in finding a place that aligns with her values and vision.
Tier One Entertainment is one of the largest esports talent agencies in South East Asia, managing the team Blacklist International.
The team cover Dota 2, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, League of Legends: Wild Rift, Call of Duty Mobile and Garena Free Fire.
Alodia Gosiengfiao was a popular name even before co-founding Tier One Entertainment, having been active in the cosplay scene as well for her work with regional anime channel Animax.
She commands a following of over 1.7 million followers on Instagram, which features both lifestyle and cosplay content.
