Following its Japanese CBT, WonderPlanet is opening up closed beta tests for its upcoming RPG Alice Fiction for users in English-speaking countries, South Korea and Taiwan. The CBT is expected to commence sometime in March 2022 for both iOS and Android platforms, and signups will close on 10 March 10 2022. Only a total of 3,500 participants will be selected, so drop over by the official site for application.
As previously reported, the minimum requirements to run the game are simply listed as iOS 11 or later, or Android 5 or later. The test will not have in-app purchases, and any data will summarily be deleted. The usual caveats of assets subject to change are also outlined. Interested players can sign up via the official website. iOS players will need to access the game via TestFlight, while Android users will need to check their email for further instructions. The game is still planned for a summer 2022 launch, and the initial announcement seemed to imply a simultaneous global launch for the game, presumably with international official accounts to follow soon enough. Other titles under WonderPlanet include Jumputi Heroes, Crash Fever and Konosuba Fantastic Days, so if you enjoyed any of those, this might be worth keeping an eye out for. Crash Fever in particular has its own ‘Alice’, so the thread might begin there.
To commemorate the occasion, the developer has also launched a campaign giving out Amazon Gift cards, so be sure to sign up for the CBT to stand a chance to win.
