She made the announcement via Twitter, saying that she joined the studio as a writer for an upcoming project. No details have been given about the project, and we won’t speculate on its nature.

The first edition of the awards just passed, with a livestream that was held on the 15th of November.
After the announcement was made, Pearce was rushed with congratulations from fellow members of the industry including members of Rooster Teeth like Barbara Dunkelman and Greg Miller, as well as Phil Spencer, Vice-President of gaming at Microsoft.
