At the next@acer Global Press Conference during IFA Berlin 2024, Acer unveiled its first foray into the handheld gaming space – the Nitro Blaze 7 (GN771). The Nitro Blaze 7 will deliver an immersive on-the-go experience for players with its compact and powerful design.
The Nitro Blaze 7 packs impressive hardware, including an AMD Ryzen 7 8840HS processor featuring Ryzen AI technology. This chip provides up to 39 total AI TOPS, optimizing performance and responsiveness across a wide range of games and apps. AMD Radeon 780M graphics, Radeon Super Resolution, and AMD FreeSync Premium further bolster the system for ultra-smooth visuals.
Acer has outfitted the Nitro Blaze 7 with a 7-inch Full HD IPS touch display boasting a rapid 144Hz refresh rate. This, combined with the AMD technologies, aims to provide an engaging and stutter-free visual experience for players. In addition, the device runs on Windows 11 and features Acer’s new Game Space app, which integrates multiple gaming platforms into a centralized library.
Designed for portability, the Nitro Blaze 7 features a compact and lightweight form factor that allows users to easily carry it in a bag or pocket. Connectivity is enhanced with Wi-Fi 6E support, while versatile port options include USB4 with fast charging and a MicroSD card reader.
