NIKKE: The Goddess of Victory opens teaser website ahead of G-STAR 2021

Besides announcing its presence at G-STAR 2021, Shift Up has also released two teaser trailers and website for NIKKE: The Goddess of Victory ahead of the event. For now, the related content only appears to be available in Korean.

The NIKKE teaser website can be found here, giving an overview of the story and characters you can probably expect in the game. What little English text reads as follows:

Nikke. The sole hope, who shall bring victory to mankind long evicted from the surface. Top 3 Companies are the only entities allowed to manufacture Nikkes in the Ark. A Nikke shall always obey to the orders given to it by human beings. No exception.

The mankind, dismally defeated, has gone underground. The ruler on the ground is no longer a human being.

Characters affiliated with Elysion, Missilis Industry, Tetra Line and Pilgrim have been previewed with short descriptions about them and with sample voices in Korean.

Their mechanical-looking enemies have also been given names and descriptions, such as the Land Eater, Mother Whale, Storm Bringer, Alteisen, Grave Digger and Harvester. They are looking for the Ark, which looks to be humanity’s sanctuary deep underground.

A new video has been teased for G-STAR 2021 too, which will hopefully be much longer than the clips they’ve shown thus far. It seems unlikely that NIKKE would be launching within 2021, but who knows?
