miHoYo is releasing a Genshin Impact figma poseable figure, featuring the 5-star character Mona, as was teased on Weibo.
As a figma, this Mona figure will be poseable unlike her other 1/7 scale figure counterpart. The figure will be opening for preorder via the Genshin Impact Tmall website soon, and we can expect a Good Smile Company release at a later date, similar to what we saw with the scale figure.
UPDATE: The figure is now available for preorder on the Good Smile Company website. The figure will cost 9500 Yen (RM347), and will be due out in August 2022.
The figure also includes multiple accessories, such as a 5-star catalyst as well as effects for her magic.
It also plays into the lighter side of the character by including an empty coin purse as well as several face plates for the character.
Original story below:
As of right now all we have is a teaser image of the figure, which looks like a pretty faithful recreation of her in-game model. Her long hair appears to be a mostly solid piece, though we’ll have to wait for the full announcement to see just how poseable the figure really is.
This is the first Genshin Impact figma, with many of the figurines involving the game being static scale figures, and several nendoroids in the works. Aside from that, there exists also Genshin Impact plushies, but those more often than not tend to be mascot characters like Klee’s various bombs.
Considering the figma line’s love for accessories, it’s anyone’s guess what Genshin Impact items will accompany Mona. Her canon catalyst is likely to be one, and probably some water effects to mimic her ranged spell attacks.
