Netmarble Games Corp has announced that its latest MMORPG Lineage2 Revolution will be having a massive fortress siege event on 28 July 2017.
The fortress siege is essentially an all out war between two clans, where up to 100 players can participate in battle simultaneously. Unlike ordinary guild wars, fortress sieges require a balanced combination of races, classes, and skills, as well as strategic use of structures, including the Spring of Recovery and altar.
The event will take place for a period of 30 minutes from 9:30PM every Friday, beginning 28 July 2017. Clans that wish to take part must participate in the bid held from 12AM to 9PM every Thursday. Participants will be able to earn adenas, XP, and Proof of Blood. The winning clan on the other hand will be rewarded with bonus rewards and various gameplay benefits, which will vary depending on the fortress seized.
