From Santa Monica Studio and creative director Cory Barlog comes a new beginning for one of gaming’s most recognizable icons. Living as a man outside the shadow of the gods, Kratos must adapt to unfamiliar lands, unexpected threats, and a second chance at being a father. Together with his son Atreus, the pair will venture into the brutal Norse wilds and fight to fulfill a deeply personal quest.
For those who are unfamiliar, PlayStation Now is a cloud gaming subscription service from Sony Interactive Entertainment, currently offering options for 1, 3 or 12 months subscription. The service allows players to play hundreds of PS2, PS3 and PS4 titles on PS4, PS5 and PC.
A month ago, Santa Monica Studio announced that the sequel to 2018’s God of War will be postponed. It is currently expected to launch in 2022. Regardless, now that God of War is playable on PC, it is likely that the sequel will also follow suit in the future.
