Shadowverse: Champion’s Battle demo and pre-orders open for English release

Marvelous Europe announces the availability of a playable demo for Shadowverse: Champion’s Battle for Europe and Australia on the Nintendo Switch. The card battle RPG is based on the anime adaptation of Cygames‘ mobile / PC card battle game, Shadowverse. You can also pre-order Shadowverse: Champion’s Battle digitally for £44.99 / €49.99 / $79.95 AUD, with physical editions available at participating retailers across Europe

This playable demo of Shadowverse: Champion’s Battle will allow Shadowverse fans to experience the entirety of the first chapter, in which players begin their journey as part of the Shadowverse club at Tensei Academy, and learn what it takes to become a champion. Save data from this playable demo can also be transferred to the full game, meaning you’ll be able to continue your adventure in the full game when it launches on 13 August 2021 within Europe and Australia.

Shadowverse: Champion’s Battle is a reimagined version of the strategic multiplayer mobile/PC card battle game for the consumer platform. As players progress the game, they can collect new cards to build more powerful decks. The game can be experienced solo, or players can head online for multiplayer matches to test complex new strategies against others.

Shadowverse: Champion’s Battle will be available digitally and physically within Europe as well as digitally in Australia, and all versions will come with a special promo code granting 2 alternate art cards (3 cards each), 10 seer’s globes, and cosmetic items redeemable in the mobile or PC version of Shadowverse.
