Alongside the announcement, we are treated to the final teaser trailer which you can check out above. Back to the game, as far as we know in the previous report, the brief story suggests this world of “Holos” is an unclean one, where living beings can succumb to the impurities. There exist “Invokers” who are able to purify the impurities, and while they will not be hailed as heroes, they nevertheless continue their journey for their own reasons.
Over Eclipse will be free to play with in app purchases, and will be available early Summer 2021. We might be able to expect a close beta test at some point as is pretty common for releases like these. The game is currently billed as an open world RPG, rather than an MMORPG, so we will have to wait and see details on how it works. It could be like Genshin Impact, where most content if not all, can be done solo.
If you’re curious about the project, you can also check out their official Twitter account here or official website for further updates.
