Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi Note 10S and Redmi Note 10 5G, the latest in the Redmi Note series in Malaysia along with the price of the phones. Both phones spot affordable price points, as well as some high-end features making them optimal picks for those looking to upgrade on a budget.
Redmi Note 10 5G
Display | 6.5 inch 1080p (FHD+) IPS Display 90Hz |
Processor | Mediatek Dimensity 700 |
Memory | 8+128GB |
Price | RM799 |
It also sports a 1080p FHD+ screen, allowing you to watch all your favorite shows without worrying about poor picture quality. The 6.5-inch display also fits comfortably in your pocket, so you won’t have to worry about sacrificing space to accommodate the phone. The Redmi Note 10 5G is the 5G-enabled version of the two phones, sporting a 48MP back camera with triple lenses, allowing you to take clear photos in every situation.
Aside from that, the Redmi Note 10 5G also sports a classy-looking matte backing, complete with fingerprint-stain resistance to make sure it keeps that premium shine for longer.
Naturally, thanks to its 5G support the phone will be able to watch higher quality movies and videos, as well as handle fast-paced gaming thanks to the superior 5G connection. The phone will even support dual SIMs, so you’ll be able to use it for both work and play.
Malaysia will be getting the 8 +128 GB version of the phone, which retails at RM799.
Redmi Note 10S
Display | 6.43 inch 1080p FHD+ |
Processor | Mediatek Helio G95 |
Memory | 8GB + 128GB |
Price | RM899 |
Similar to the 5G model the 10S also comes with a multitude of lenses, such as an Ultrawide and Micro lens, meaning you’ll be able to use it in a variety of situations such as taking gorgeous vistas when you’re out on your walks. The Redmi Note 10S is the non-5G enabled version of the Redmi Note 10 Series, though don’t think for a second that makes it any kind of lesser phone. It sports a 64mp camera, allowing you to take crystal-clear photos with ease.
It also features a special Dust Blaster mode, allowing you to clear the phone’s speakers of any debris to keep your phone in great condition with minimal effort.
The Redmi Note 10S also sports a 6.45-inch 1080p screen, so just like with the 5G model you’ll be able to stream your favorite videos and won’t have to worry about the picture being bottlenecked by poor screen quality. It also features improved Contrast Display, so whatever you watch can look as bright and vibrant as you want it to. On the opposite end of that, it also sports a low light mode, keeping your eyes safe for those of you who like scrolling through your phone before bed.
Both of these phones will be available via Xiaomi’s website starting May 28th for the 5G model, and May 21st for the Note 10S.
