From a released meeting resolution, Mobcast has been given license to utilize the Nobunaga’s Ambition name, specifically mentioning Tendou, for a new mobile project. Nobunaga’s Ambition is a series of turn-based, grand strategy, role-playing, simulation games from Koei Tecmo, which saw its last release on console – Taishi – in 2017, for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PC. A new title in the series, subtitled Rebirth, is slated for release in 2021 in Japan.
Information regarding this mobile Nobunaga’s Ambition title is simply described to be released in due time, with planned distribution regions being Japan and Asia, including China. The document apparently suggests it’s planned for release in the second half of 2023, which is a decent chunk of time away.
