Towards the end of the trailer for the F1 game, a release date of 16th July 2021 can be seen. This new title will be available worldwide on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S and PC via Steam.
The game features a new story mode titled Braking Point. This mode lets players experience life as a racer in Formula 2 before progressing to the big leagues in Formula 1. Besides the actual racing, players will also be a part of the drama and tension off the track. This mode also brings back Devon Butler from F1 2019.
Besides Braking Point, series staple Career mode returns with a new two-player option. Players can join online races and play cooperatively or against their friends. This mode also has Real-Season Start which lets players play at any point in the season.
The game also has a Digital Deluxe Edition which gives three days early access for those who purchase it. This edition also includes seven iconic F1 drivers for My Team and 18,000 PitCoins, as compared to the 5,000 PitCoins that come in the Standard edition.
